Temporary Cancellation Policy
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified the cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all clients. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact me ASAP to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations.
Late Policy: I understand traffic can be brutal or meetings run late and I will do my best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn't cause me to run late for the next client. However, if I must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you don't feel rushed.
Cancellation Policy: I ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring the 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows time for me to fill the spot you reserved. For anything under 24-hours, I'll try my best to fill the space with a client on our wait list. Unfortunately, if we are unable to fill the spot, your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service booked. Now, I'm not a total stickler - everyone gets 1 free "oops" pass. I also understand that emergencies/illness happen and those will be assessed. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule and no cancellation fee will be assessed.
No Show Policy: If you decided to No Show, please call to reschedule your appointment so I know you're ok. If a client misses their appointment, I assume something bad has happened. I know how serious you are about looking and feeling beautiful! If I don't hear from you to reschedule within 48 hours, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service price. Please don't No Show...it stinks!
Methods of Payment: While I prefer cash or check, I do accept credit/debit cards. You will NOT incur a processing fee for using a card.
Gratuities are NOT included in services and are always optional. Gratuities help with the cost of providing samples, testers and continuing education. But more importantly, I thank you for your business.
