We customize each treatment based on your skin’s condition and concerns—because there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all. Your experience also depends on how much time you’d like to spend relaxing and receiving care. Whether you’re here for a quick refresh or a full rejuvenation, we’ll make sure your facial feels just right.
Do you accept walk-ins, or is an appointment required?
Appointments only—your time matters to us.
To ensure every guest receives personalized care and attention, we do not accept walk-ins. All services are by appointment only. We look forward to welcoming you at a time that’s just right for you.
Is parking available near your spa?
Yes! Easy, accessible parking for your visit.
Parking is available directly in front of our building, including designated accessible spots for guests with disabilities. We want your arrival to be as smooth and stress-free as your time with us.
What safety and sanitation measures does your spa follow?

We follow all safety and sanitation guidelines as required by the state of Wisconsin. In addition, COVID-19 precautions are in place to help protect the health and comfort of every guest. You can relax knowing your care is both nurturing and compliant.
Do you offer services for sensitive skin?
Yes! We specialize in making personalized skin treatment plans for whatever your skincare needs are. No matter if you are interested in make up services or a facial, we can customize the products we use to work best on your skin type.

We offer two complementary professional-only skincare lines, carefully selected to support a wide range of skin types and concerns. Your at-home regimen is just as important as your in-studio treatments—so we customize your product recommendations based on your skin’s condition and goals. This ensures lasting results and empowers you to care for your skin with confidence between visits
Do you provide education on how to use skincare products correctly?
Yes! Guidance that goes beyond the purchase.
When you invest in professional skincare products through us, you’ll receive a customized, step-by-step routine designed to help you get the maximum benefit. We want you to feel confident using your products at home—so your results continue long after your treatment ends.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring the 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows time for us to fill the spot you reserved. For anything under 24-hours, we'll try our best to fill the space with a client on our wait list. Unfortunately, if we are unable to fill the spot, your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service booked. Now, we're not total sticklers - everyone gets 1 free "oops" pass. We also understand that emergencies/illness happen and those will be assessed. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule and no cancellation fee will be assessed.
Do you offer services for men as well as women?
Yes! We do offer services for men but by referral only.
